Factory Services & Repairs
Radiant Water offers full repair and refurbishing services on all models and brands of water filtrations equipment. We offer Factory Service and Factory Overhaul as well.
Factory Service
Factory Service should be performed on any brand of water softener every three years to maintain optimum performance and continuously deliver soft, filtered water to your home. This service includes recalibrating the timer, flow meter and the number of people in your household. It also includes cleaning and disinfecting of the softening media.
Factory Overhaul
Factory Overhaul includes Factory Service, replacement of all worn moving parts, replacement of softening media and filters, inspection of tanks and plumbing and 90 days warranty. Factory Overhaul can restore your water softener to its original function and save you hundreds of dollars over the cost of a new unit in the process.
Reverse Osmosis Annual Service
Reverse Osmosis Annual Service is required by all manufacturers of RO systems. The filters in your system must be replaced every year to continue to deliver crystal clear, great tasting water. The membrane must be replaced approximately every three years, as well. During the annual inspection, our technician will determine which components need to be replaced.

Tips to keep your Radiant Water Softener in top condition
1. Put no more than three bags of potassium, and no more than 5 bags of salt in the brine tank at one time. This keeps it from becoming hard in the bottom of the tank and causing a "bridge". If it creates a bridge, it will stop disolving as it should and you will run out of soft water.
2. If the power goes out, reset the clock when it goes back on. This will keep your Radiant Water Softener regenerating on the correct schedule.
3. Keep the cover on the control head at all times so that moisture and debris cannot seep into the mechanism.
4. Call Radiant Water for a factory service every 3-5 years so the unit is maintained according to the manufacturers specifications. This will insure that your Radiant Water Softener lasts for many more years.
